   This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the data privacy practices of Nerd Army sp. z o. o. (“Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) the operation of the CyberCamp Mobile Application (the “App”) and the associated CyberCamp in-vehicle hardware (the “System”).
   This Policy details our ‘privacy-by-design’ architecture, which is fundamentally based on the principle of zero data collection.
2. Data Controller and Data Subject Status
   Under applicable data protection regulations (such as the GDPR), the Provider is not a Data Controller or Data Processor with respect to any user data.
   This is because the Provider does not collect, access, store, or process any Personal Data (as defined below) from its users. The user (the “Data Subject”) retains exclusive and complete control over all data, which is stored locally on hardware in their possession.
3. Data Collection and Processing
   The Provider does not collect, store, transmit, process, or otherwise access any data from users of the App or System.
   This includes, but is not limited to:

• Personal Data: Any information that could be used to identify an individual, such as name, email address, phone number, physical address, or location data.
• Usage Data: Any data related to the use of the System or the vehicle, such as system settings, operational logs, vehicle diagnostics, or travel history.

  The App and System do not require account creation, registration, or the provision of any personal information to function.

1. System Architecture: Offline Operation
   The core of our privacy guarantee is the System’s architecture, which is engineered to be a completely offline, closed-loop environment.

• No Internet Connectivity: The System is not equipped with and does not possess the capability to connect to the internet.
• No Cloud Services: The System does not utilize, integrate with, or transmit data to any public or private cloud infrastructure.
• Local Storage: All data generated by the user, including all settings and configurations, is stored solely and exclusively on the local storage of the System’s main computer. This hardware is physically located within the user’s vehicle.
• App Functionality: The App functions as a local remote control. It communicates directly with the System via a local, non-internet-routed connection (Bluetooth). The App does not transmit any data to the Provider or any third party.

1. Data Security
   The security model of the System is predicated on its offline architecture.
   By operating without any external network connections, the System is not exposed to the risks of a remote data breach, unauthorized digital access, or data compromise originating from the internet.
   The confidentiality and integrity of the data stored on the System are contingent upon the physical security of the System’s main computer. Any unauthorized access to data would require direct, physical interference with the user’s hardware.
2. Third-Party Disclosures
   As the Provider does not collect, possess, or control any user data, we do not—and cannot—sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose any data to any third parties, including advertisers, data brokers, or analytics platforms.
3. Children’s Privacy
   The App and System are not directed at individuals under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in a user’s jurisdiction). As our System collects no data from any user, we do not and cannot knowingly collect any information from children.
